Manny Contomanolis
Manny Contomanolis has senior leadership experience at Rochester Institute of Technology, Northeastern University, and most recently Harvard University as Associate Dean for Academic Engagement in Undergraduate Education. His higher education experiences, among other things, include career services, internships and cooperative education program leadership, admissions, financial aid, fundraising, and business development. He is Past President of the National Association for Colleges and Employers (NACE), a member of the NACE Academy of Fellows, and recipient of NACE’s highest honor, the Kauffman Award, for outstanding contributions to the association and the field.
Manny is active as a speaker, consultant, and author. He has co-edited and contributed, along with Trudy Steinfeld, to two books: Leadership in Career Services: Voices From the Field and Winning the War for College Talent along with a number of published articles. Together with Trudy, he has completed more than 60 consulting projects. He is frequent media contributor and an acknowledged expert and thought leader with particular expertise in experiential learning, partnership development, technology applications, and organizational management.
He has a Bachelor’s in History from the State University of New York College at Cortland, a Master’s in College Student Personnel from Bowling Green State University, a Master’s Certificate in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University, and a PhD in Educational Leadership and Policy from the University of Buffalo.

Trudy Steinfeld
Trudy Steinfeld is a nationally recognized and experienced strategic advisor, consulting professional and coach with expertise in emerging talent, higher education, and leadership development. In addition to coaching senior leadership, Trudy is known for her deep insights and transformational impact, delivering scalable solutions and advice that drive results.
Trudy has most recently worked with Cappfinity as a member of the Leadership Team for the Americas and focuses on Strategic Advisement, Partnership Development and Talent Mobility globally. She is part of a team that focuses on bringing proven research and blended approaches into hiring practices, onboarding, and talent mobility. Trudy has served as a consultant and advisor to major Fortune 500 corporations, tech start-ups and The University of Illinois, The City University of New York and more than 70 higher education institutions and non-profits, developing scalable recruiting and career solutions that have an impact on individuals, teams and organizations. Previously, Trudy was the Global Associate Vice-President of the New York University Center for Career Development.
Considered a thought leader and subject matter expert in career development and emerging talent, she is a consultant, coach and facilitator and especially focused on career mobility and leadership development. Trudy has been featured in: The NY Times, Wall Street Journal, NY Daily News, NY Post, NBC, CBS, CNN, and Forbes.com. She is co-editor of Leadership in Career Services: Voices from the Field and Winning the War for College Talent. She has spoken at global and national conferences, facilitated numerous programs and trainings, and is a recipient of multiple awards, including being inducted into the NACE Academy of Fellows.
Trudy earned her bachelor’s degree from Ramapo College and holds a master’s degree from New York University, in addition to completing additional graduate work in Counseling. Trudy currently resides in Cambridge, Massachusetts, but considers herself a lifelong New Yorker.
